Howard is a dynamic public speaker, facilitator, and training consultant who fully-engages his audience with a motivational appeal. He serves as a Principle Contributor for P Enterprises Center of Effectiveness and co-host to StrategyDriven Podcast. He shares ideas with leaders to help them identify their effectiveness in areas such as leadership, communications, management, and customer service. Over the past several years, Howard has shared his insights with hundreds of executives and managers at all levels of the organization from the platform, in the classroom, and at the boardroom table. His lessons aimed at developing motivational leadership behaviors, cultural competence, and the ability to manage workplace conflict has leaders from around the globe experiencing more effective results as they implement and demonstrate each skill learned.
Howard graduated from The University of Georgia, earning a bachelor of science degree in Instructional Psychology, Training, and Technology. He has received several instructional certifications including: Crucial Conversations Certification from VitalSmarts, High Impact Presentations from Dale Carnegie, Training Instructor and Facilitator Certification from The National Academy for Nuclear Training, Effective Training Facilitator Certification from The Leadership Strategies Institute, and AchieveGlobal Leadership Skills Training Certification from Learning International. Additionally, Howard has received the Solving Performance Problems Certification from The Center for Effective Performance and Instructional Design Certification for Participant-Centered Training from The Bob Pike Group.
In 2003, Toastmasters International recognized Howard as one of the top three speakers in the state of Georgia! He has often given back to the community as a Making it Count (MIC) speaker helping Monster’s Making it Count programs educate HS students on how to maximize their results in and outside of the classroom.

WE MUST CHANGE OUR THINKING in order for new ideas to be generated, new knowledge to surface, and improvement in human performance to take place.
