P Enterprises Center of Effectiveness is a Training & Facilitation Professional Development Company that partners with organizations and their training departments to improve core skills and competencies of current employees and support their development for future assignments and increased leadership responsibility. We do this in three ways:

1. Training & Facilitation--step in to assist your trainers or project teams in the delivery of proprietary software and services to certify your employees

2. Customization of Training Solutions--customize top quality and cost effective training solutions to develop your employees and improve their performance

3. Keynote Speaking--make your training, event, or convention a world-class experience with a keynote that is a best fit for your topic and your group. Our speakers will boost confidence, moral, and increase positive attitudes to help you achieve your mission

Bernadetta Dickens

is the founder and president of P Enterprises, LLC Center of Effectiveness. She is a training and development professional who teaches the importance of “Sticking to Core Values!” Learn More Bernadetta is a people-development specialist who maximizes individual and group interaction through classroom training, keynote speaking, leadership and life skills coaching, and course facilitation. She is a graduate from Auburn University, a seasoned professional and an innovative 21st century-thinking business leader.

Company history
P Enterprises is a unique and premier organization in the 21st century that made its debut in 2007. Bernadetta Dickens, founder and President, saw the need to provide tools and development programs for small businesses, fortune 100 and 500 companies, faith-based groups, and educational institutions. Additionally, she saw a need to address the issue of failed leadership. Her response, "P Enterprises pledges to model leadership character, commitment, and accountability at all times--speaking on the platform, training in the classroom, and consulting in the boardroom--our pledge.

P Enterprises offers leadership improvement tools & programs through training & facilitation, quality keynote speaking seminars, public workshops, in-house training, and coaching.
