Becoming a Legendary Leader–No Excuses participant-centered workshop or keynote presentation will help you:

Understand what becoming legendary is and what it isn’t
Learn what it means to overcome excuses and why it is important
Find out about a tool you can use called I.N.S.P.I.R.E. to become an effective leader and inspire others to reach beyond their present potential to become effective leaders, too!

Becoming a Legendary Leader—No Excuses is a program that continuously and consistently answers three leadership questions about your leadership effectiveness:

Do you have "what" you need to carry out the process of leadership for a multi-cultural, multi-intelligent, and multi-talented generation? Determine your leadership effectiveness profile by using a self-scoring assessment that can include a complete 360-degree view of how you see yourself and how others view you.
Who do you impact? Determine who you impact with your leadership through a one or two-day participant-centered style facilitated workshop focused on improving your leadership effectiveness profile by identifying your ability to lead yourself and others more effectively.
How do you maintain consistency in your leadership effectiveness? Determine corrective strategies to move forward through a checklist and a combination of peer and manager observation tools to help you reinforce positive behaviors.
